These are not included as we will need to do a site survey to confirm these items.
Ground Screws are generally used on most of our Installations but occasionally a Concrete Foundation may be required.
We like to work with you on the required electric package as you may have a preference on how many lights you need internally and externally.
We cannot price for the armour cable at this stage as we do not know the length required. This will be confirmed on the survey.
We make each Garden Room to your size and specification. Further additions can be discussed and an electrical package including lights will be confirmed upon survey. A standard electric package includes Consumer Unit, Electrical Socket, Lighting and Light Switch.

Your Office Pod
New from Your Utopia Room - Your Office Pod. A complete Garden Office solution for even the smallest gardens. It is a standard size and specification although alternatives can be discussed.
Standard price is £4995 and this includes 1 double socket, 1 light, 1 door and window with a desk which can come as left or right hand specification. THE ESSENTIAL OFFICE POD size is 2.4m x 1.2m. Installation will take 5 days, circumstances allowing.
