A member of our team will contact you to discuss your requirements and go through your best options. Each room we build is bespoke, so this enables you to have your Garden Room exactly how you want it.
We will go through the different options for cladding, doors, windows, lighting, and interior decoration. We will also discuss your options to finish the outside area such as landscaping, decking, or paving.
Step 3
Site Visit & Survey
Although not essential we do encourage a free of charge visit to your home address and to discuss your options. Here we will be measuring out and talking to you about the different options you have with the bespoke rooms. We are also available to meet through video conference if a site visit is not suitable at that current time.
Step 4
Quotation
Once a site survey is complete and we have finalised your requirements, we will send you a fully itemised quotation. There are no hidden costs, giving you complete peace of mind.
Step 5
Build
We will work with you to discuss a convenient start date. Average build time is 7 to 14 days. Depending on the final specification the average lead time from point of order to start date is approximately 6-8 weeks. These are just guide times and the final build start date will be agreed with you in advance. Our installations are designed to minimise disruption to you and your family. Installation will be quick, tidy, and done with the utmost professionalism.
